Superbly situated to the town.Great rooms.Very clean with everything you need .First class breakfast very large with quality produce.Complimentary fridge with soft drinks and beer.Lovely host makes you feel very welcome. Genuinely cannot fault the place - my brother and I will be back again

Night away in Newmarket and what a find. Five minutes from Town Centre. Beautiful clean rooms and facilities and Anna a fantastic host. Breakfast superb and even a fridge in the lounge with complimentary beers and soft drinks. Well worth a visit. Well done Anna

Very clean, comfortable beds, perfectly situated to visit Newmarket (which is literally a very short walk away), topped off with a beautiful breakfast with plenty of choice. Anna, who is such a lovely host was very obliging and made us feel very welcome.

This is a fantastic B & B. It's  in a great location - walking distance from everything from the racecourse and gallops to the high street and some great Newmarket restaurants. Anna is a fabulous host  warm and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable about the area. The B&B is spotless and more like a home from home than a traditional B& B. A tasty home cooked breakfast, complimentary drinks and access to fridge and kitchen facilities, what more could you need? We would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back. Excellent stay Anna our host was brilliant, complimentary beer and water in dining room, bedroom was spotless, full English breakfast was to die for, will be going back soon, as my wife wants to go to the stud.

Fab stay at the Cambridgeshire B&B. Rooms are very clean and accommodating. Anna is a great host and the breakfast options available are amazing! Full English is the best! Only a 5 minute walk into Newmarket and very convenient for the race courses! 

Stayed 2 nights to attend the horse sales at tatts.Was very impressed with everything.The full Inglish breakfast was just that ! did not eat anything for the rest of the day it really was that good.Anna was our first class host and could not do enough for me and my brother who has been before.Will not have to look else where next time we visit.It was perfect for our stay.See you again maybe before the end of the year.

Stayed for one night to attend the races. Anna is great, waiting for us on arrival & nothing too much trouble. Room was good and had a great nights sleep. Splendid breakfast the next morning. Good crack about racing too.

We stayed two nights whilst visiting our granddaughter who lives in Newmarket. Had a great welcome from Anna. Facilities were excellent, I have been in 4* hotels which were not so well equipped. The room was spotless and breakfast was magnificent with wide choice and copious servings. Anna was happy to serve us an early breakfast on the day we left for a 500 mile drive home.
Highly recommended. I have already recommended it to family who will be visiting Newmarket.

Our stay from start to finish was excellent, we arranged to be at the property at 1300pm, and Anna the host was waiting for us when we arrived, we was then shown to our lovely  room with a nice size bathroom, Anna then showed us a short cut from the bad garden into the town, after a short stroll round the town we went back and got ready for the evening race meeting, again Anna arranging a taxi for us to get to the races, the following morning after myself had been up to watch the gallops for a couple of hours my wife & myself went down for breakfast , and what a breakfast it was, it was one of best breakfast fry ups I have had for a long time, the following morning we had the breakfast again , but my wife asked just for poached eggs on toast and they were very nice as well according to my wife, this b&b has a really great location, lovely and quiet at night , and the host Anna is absolutely brilliant with great knowledge of restaurants in the area, but also a very genuine lady , this certainly will not be our last visit to this great b&b, and I would recommend to everybody

Lovely property. 
Greeted by owner who was friendky and very helpful.
Room beautifully decorated. Bed very comfy.
Nice towells and toiletries. 
Complimentary drinks in fridge downstairs.lovely seating area
The only downside was the noise. With this being a house where rooms in close proximity . Having some inconsiderate people staying this didnt help. Other guests shouting at 5 30 am is not fault of owner but they should be told its not on hence my rating.
Breakfast was our of this world with tasty local produce.
Venue is 5 minutes away from pubs and restaurants.  Worth a visit .

First class b&b, very welcoming.

Outstanding b&b in Newmarket

This was our 2nd visit to Anna and the races. Again our welcome was very warm and genuine. We were allowed into our room early to change for the races. Our cab never showed so Anna asked her lovely husband to give us a lift. Thank you Dean. Breakfast was huge and beautifully cooked. We cannot rate the Cambridgeshire highly enough. We have already booked for next year. 

Anna is the perfect host

Stayed here for one night while working in the area. Was way more better than I was expecting. Rooms of fantastic standard walking distance to the town complimentary mini fridge with beer and soft drinks. The breakfast was fantastic one of the best I’ve had. Anna is very friendly and helpful definitely stay here again if in the area

Hidden gem 

What can I say, this was such a nice place to stay, the owners made us so welcome from the minute we arrived. We was here for the racing in newmarket for a birthday, we even got a lift to the race track which we appreciated very much from one of the owners. We will be telling our friends about this place and will be using this accommodation again this year.
Thank you very much for making us feel so welcome.
