Stayed here with friends before a festival. Standard Premier Inn, rooms clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant was good with lovely friendly staff. Food was reasonable

Clean, comfortable room with good mirror in room with plug next to it and well it for make up. Good shower. Facing the road but no traffic as quiet part of town. Good restaurant next door with good selection for breakfast. Large free car park. Supermarket very close for anything you've forgotten.

Stay here on a regular basis the reception staff are always cheerful and welcoming. Rooms clean and beds comfortable in room furniture is beginning to show it’s age 
Car parking is good even though alot of thoughtless people leave their vehicles in the spaces for disabled people this however not only happens here but all over 
Will visit again

Staff were really welcoming and friendly, spacious room with all the required amenities, hand written welcome note and complimentary drinks was a very nice touch! Breakfast was great in the Beefeater next door!

Stayed here for New Year’s Eve with friends for a night out, we had a lovely suprise in our room of chocolates and some alcohol cans really nice touch, room was clean and well presented and ladies on reception in check in and check out helpful, we would stay here again

Excellant hotel conbimed with a good close by restuarant/pub. Great room and good food. Good location. Fitted in well with the visit to the National Arboretum. Great nights sleep, suburb beds! Will stay here again.

Excellent room rate, quiet and well equipped room and spotless clean. Beds very comfortable.Staff friendly and approachable. Nice breakfast in the attached beefeater restaurant. Good value. Can’t fault 

Absolutely amazing staff. Stacey, couldn’t thank her enough for going that extra mile to make sure what I had planned went swimmingly. I was stressed and she calmed me down. Thankyou Stacey for the little extras in my room they went down a right treat! A ship will only sale if all hands on deck or working.. so to speak. Thankyou again and Thankyou to the other staff aswell

My visit was Friday 16th December 2020. On the Thursday I had a call from Nicky asking if I needed any other requirements in my room for the stay. I jokingly said "free beer would be nice" The journey down was horrendous. Rail strikes were on and the traffic was unreal. What should have taken nearly three hours was almost six. When I booked in and gave my name the three ladies in reception smiled. When I got into the room there was a bottle of beer, a lovely card and some chocolates. I smiled and it cheered me up no end. I have stayed here quite a few times now and the staff have all been excellent. Thank you ladies really cheered me up and I still talk about it now. Hope to see you soon. We stayed over on Christmas Day night as we were visiting family. The room was lovely and spacious. Staff were friendly and best of all left us a gift bag of Christmas treats in our room, which was a lovely surprise! 
Breakfast selection was very nice too.

Above and Beyond

The rooms were on the ground floor, nicely cleaned,  but in need of updating. The bathroom smelt strongly of bleach, despite saying both rooms were to be occupied by 2 adults per room, they only left 1 set of towels each room. Reception were lovely and brought more towels, as well as extra milk when we ran out.

We booked for one night attending my son’s 40th Staff very friendly check was easy
Room was very spacious and spotless
Bed a little high for me but was very comfortable My one niggle was room was very warm I like a cold bed room it’s better for my asthma the air-com was not powerful enough and it wouldn’t let us drop the temperature lower than 17 I’m sure they would have sorted it but we didn’t want to bother anybody as it was 2am We will definitely be back but will address the room temperature when we check in and probably ask for a room on the top floor so we don’t have anyone above us next time

Great Value

Booked for family visit to area, the usual high standard of PI was experienced. The food in the Beefeater next door was acceptable and the staff on both the hotel & restaurant were very good.
The only niggle was being asked to pay for early access to the hotel room for arriving 40mins early.. we went for a coffee instead but they did keep our bags!
