Adelaide House

We are here during the end of a wet and windy storm Dennis during half term but the weather has not put us off at all as the sea is invigorating and the location of this hotel is PERFECT for us as I often walked past Regency Square and I liked the look and feel of it but it is hard to find a hotel there which both accepts dogs and is reasonably priced so Hotel Adelaide is PERFECT for us as it is clean and comfortable , the bed is SO comfy and I was worried about that as if the mattress is lacking I can have poor sleep but I can tell this is a good quality mattress , non budget for the price of the room as is the new style breakfast served in a lovely basket to our room! All QUALITY items , lovely bacon , cloudy apple juice not the basic stuff , lovely bread for the toast etc and a very good choice and so the luxury of breakfast in bed it is now and my Grandson who has Autism and was expecting the sausage , eggs and hash browns in the morning was upset at first it had been changed but he has got used to it and the lovely variety plus he is noise sensitive in restaurants especially if crowded so breakfast to the room is perfect and I am happy to say even with some health problems I am managing the stairs to the top floor FINE and any questions you can just ask and you get a quick response and answer so you can just get on with your holiday in peace and it really is a lovely and quiet base to enjoy Brighton even in this weather it is a therapeutic break for us and I love been left alone to relax and enjoy our precious break and yet know the owner is on hand if we do need any help I feel so chilled here now , and I am happy with room 30 as I need a bath only not the shower and I love the character and quaintness of the building , it is not all bells and whistles but tbh I did not WANT that ie a boutique hotel as this is more relaxed , homely and laid back which I really like and yet service and all the added extras are impeccable!!
