Lovely visit to Malmaison Brighton. Myself and my daughter stayed for a ‘Sleepy Sunday’ deal. As soon as we checked in we were offered free drinks as we weren’t able to drop our bags off earlier due to the hotel having a private function. I hadn’t even really complained, we were even offered a free breakfast and then had a room upgrade to harbour view as our beds weren’t made into a twin. Exceptional customer service and really friendly. We like Malmaison hotels and have stayed in a few now and really enjoyed them. The furnishings are tasteful, comfortable and clean and the lighting and quality of everything from sheets to seats is great quality. Dinner was great . It’s fairly expensive but again the quality is exceptional. Breakfast was also exceptional - they’ve thought of everything. My daughter loved her French toast and the lady serving us was lovely. After having a truly rubbish August this was just what we needed and the upgrade and extras really cheered us up. Thank you Malmaison and keep it up!
