Welcoming staff and great room. Perfect for the overnight stay on a long journey. Reception were very helpful and friendly. WiFi was poor but not the staffs fault and they did all they could. The pub next door was enjoyable, fast service and kind staff.

Travelled down over Easter weekend and a lovely warm welcome from staff. They had a colouring activity which kept the kids entertained over dinner and a chocolate after. Took part in the Tombola they had there which was a nice touch. Room was just what we needed and perfect for the 3 of us. All I can say that could improve would be the restaurant next door. It wasn’t terrible but the staff talked to each other a lot more than needed and were racing around making us feel unimportant. It doesn’t take much to say hello. Overall though would stay again.

Visiting family in the area and was checked in by Charlotte and Megan. They had a laugh with me and made me feel more comfortable being there on my own. Very friendly young women. The room was what you expect in a Premier Inn but may be a bit worn out. The restaurant Breakfast was pleasant enough.

Parking was easy and free.
Reception was friendly, checkin quick.
Rooms clean, comfortable and spacious. Shower powerful.
Bed was very cosy.
We ate dinner at the Cookhouse where the service was very good and the food was good value as were the drinks.
A great place to stay for a night or two.

Lovely friendly staff, rooms were clean and had what we needed, beds exceptionally comfy. A nice quiet hotel. On site restaurant literally next door offering excellent meals and the buffet breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Hotel grounds were well lit at night and has free parking for hotel guests. For the price it offered good value for money..

We stayed overnight Friday/Saturday to break up a long trip to Cornwall. A great place to stay, in a great location, near to the M5. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. We ate dinner and breakfast at the King Sedgmoor pub adjoining the hotel and again, it was a good experience.  Would recommend this place for both accommodation and the adjoining pub for its' food and great service. Nothing to complain about here.

I was travelling to Bridgwater for football as my team were playing Bridgwater United, so I decided to make a weekend of it and arrived on Friday.
A good journey meant I was there an hour before check in, but as my room was ready the receptionist checked me in early which was appreciated.
The room was spacious and comfortable with a king size bed and a couch by the window,
Everything was nice and clean and the bath/shower was excellent.
Throughout my stay, all of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel do a meal deal with the pub, with a two course meal, a drink and breakfast the following day for £24 which I took advantage of n Saturday evening,
Once again, all the staff in the pub were cheerful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of English, continental including yoghurts, pastries and crumpets.
My only criticism would be that the free wi-fi is painfully slow, although you can upgrade to Premier wi-fi, which I was not bothered enough to do.
In terms of location, it is a short drive from the M5, so handy if you are staying overnight on a trip.
This was my first stay at a Premier Inn and I would definitely return

We stayed at the king Sedgemoor inn, Premier Inn Bridgwater North(A 38) Express park.
Our daughter has severe physical needs and we stayed here over New Year and birthday.
One premium inn is like another but it was the staff that really made the difference.
The staff were brilliant and very kind to us, can't fault them.
Highly recommend you stay here.

Was great place to stop on way to Cornwall for night before carry on the next day, the breakfast was very nice could eat as much as you like and unlimited drink tea, coffee or juices. I would recommend stay at this Premier Inn or any other of there inns

We were very dubious about booking here due to the past negative reviews but because of our past experiences with Premier Inn’s and its ideal location we decided to bite the bullet and give it a bash. 

Being located a few minutes drive from the M5 made it so easy to get to with the added bonus of having a Shell fuel station next door which also had a Subway and Greggs; so getting a quick snack to go was not a problem. The town centre of Bridgwater is about a 30min (2 Mile) walk away or by taxi about a £9 fare away. The Excellent Golf Club of Enmore Park is located about 15 minutes drive away which was the primary reason for our visit to Somerset as well as enjoying a few days getaway. 

We stayed for 4 nights and found our rooms adequate for our stay. One was located on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor. There were signs displayed which made locating the rooms easy. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff we encountered to be friendly and welcoming. As part of the check-in we were asked if we wanted to upgrade from the unlimited breakfast option to the meal deal package but we declined as we had other plans for evening meals. 

The rooms had all the usual amenities except for air-con, they did stay warm throughout our stay with the thermostat set to 18 degrees and both sets of windows shut. The internal windows did help keep out a lot of the sounds from outside but with a main road, a fuel station and a fair few lorries going past there was always going to be some noise which unless you’re a very light sleeper shouldn’t be an issue. 

Although this isn’t the hotels fault there was a poor mobile phone reception during our stay due to a few masts being out of service in the area so it was a good thing they provided free Wi-Fi. It was a little slow and did struggle with keeping a connection at times however with a little patience I did get to watch the football on my phone and also use Youtube.  

The breakfast we found to be a little disappointing and somewhat frustrating but it didn’t stop us from eating as it was so convenient for us. We didn’t want to eat too early but at the same time not too late so 3 out of our 4 breakfasts were at 8am the other one at 9am which felt reasonable as they had it advertised they were serving breakfast until 10.30am. In the busier summer months I can see that it would be very busy but in a cold wintery January there was only a handful of tables eating at 8am and when we ate at 9am I don’t think anyone else came in after us that day. 

The food was edible but not hot (luke warm at best) and assuming that it isn’t usually busy after 8am they didn’t seem to replenish anything so unless you asked a staff member for more you was limited to what was already out. That said the vegan in our party did enjoy their breakfast as the sausage and bacon was cooked fresh to order for them then once they arrived at the table they could proceed to get the rest of the breakfast from the buffet selection. 

We did have 2 small minor issues on our stay once reported to the front desk they were dealt with quickly with no question and also our request for more toilet paper was obliged without any bother. 

Overall we had a good experience and felt that; although yes the property could do with a refresh and maybe a few improvements with the breakfast service we found it satisfied our needs and would return again in the future.

We stayed overnight on the 17th September. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful and went out of her way to make sure that we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable which is what you expect from PremierInn.

Receptionist was lovely

Nice clean hotel up to the normal Premier Inn standard and nice restaurant attached. Only drawback on a warm night was the lack of air conditioning. This was a nice stop off location from our trip back from St Ives, and local for a trip through Cheddar Gorge
