We needed to stay overnight on our way to our sons wedding in North Norfolk.Booking in was a delight and very easy .The room 805 was on the eighth floor and was very clean .We parked at the the car park at the rear of the hotel. Great night sleep and a good breakfast .Will certainly be staying again ,good value ,staff very helpful .

Me and husband stayed here for 1 night with our 3 boys, when we arrived we were early we were greeted with a nice, friendly, helpful lady at front desk. As we got up to the room it was fresh and clean. One of the first things I noticed was the little chocolate and teddy bear they put on each of the kids beds (small thing I know, but I found it cute and it put a little smile on my boys face) bed was comfy as always and had a good night sleep. The breakfast was quite good and as always great value. Overall we were happy with our stay

Room was clean, tidy and just what we needed. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and was very well catered for, nothing was too much trouble. Staff were friendly and helpful. A lovely, relaxing stay. Very pleased

Stayed a night to visit family.  Booked a family room, with a travel cot.  Arrived late to find a wonderfully smiley man on reception.  Had two small, grumpy children with us and he took the time to address them and make them smile.

The room was clean and comfy.  All the beds were made beautifully, including the travel cot.

Stayed in a few premier inns over the last year and I have to say that their mattresses are to die for.  I have contemplated booking a room just for the bed in the past! 

This one didn’t disappoint!  Premier Inn have really upped their game recently.

Nice clean hotel, good location, right near the station Elizabeth Line, very helpful receptionists, parking facilities safe and secure £6.00 for 24 hours just round the back of the hotel, beds very comfy, clean, room was warm not too hot

Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff were friendly. 

Rooms were spacious and clean. Basic but good value for money. 

Breakfast was lovely and there were many options to choose from.

Location is perfect. You are right on the high street and on top of the station so good if you wanted to travel into London. There are also many restaurants and pubs in the area if you wanted to go out local. 

Parking facilities limited so something to be mindful of if checking in late. 

Overall would recommend this hotel

Perfect location (although current rail strikes unfortunately meant that the station was shut!! Rail replacement bus provided though which was an ok substitute) We decided to drive to Upminster station (15 minute drive) parked all day (£4.50) and jumped on the tube from there. 

Chargeable car parking facilities next to hotel 

Warm friendly welcome - big shout out to Charles who checked us in after the longest and most horrendous journey. He was a joy.

Excellent food choice and quality for both breakfast and tea in hotel restaurant which boasts the happiest and jolliest chef in the world - what a legend!

Great room, friendly and professional staff, fantastic location and value for money. The breakfast was very good. These are some of the reason's I choose Premier Inn. Everything was as expected and I couldn't fault my stay.

You always get a good value clean room at premier inns, this was no exception… the staff were excellent, especially given the shortages.

We had the cooked breakfast and have to say that was very good value and  very well cooked…. A couple of small gripes never enough milk capsules in the room, you can’t get a latte at breakfast, just americano and they ran out of black pudding which is my guilty pleasure on a full English….
But I must say great value and great service all round

Chose this hotel because it is near to Brentwood Station on the Elizabeth line...
Hotel is within easy walking distance of station...
Room was clean, quiet, comfortable and warm...Perfectly adequate for a short stay...
Staff are efficient and friendly...
We had dinner in the restaurant...Not much choice for vegetarians...
Hotel is a short walk from the shops and cafes in Brentwood High Street...The walk is slightly up hill, this might not be suitable for everyone...
I would use this hotel again...

Perfect spot for a sightseeing holiday into London - will absolutely be staying here again!

A lovely stay in Brentwood, just a minute from the train station too!

I stayed here because I was emigrating the next day and had vacated my flat. It was adequate for my needs and I had no expectations other than some sleep. I was satisfied and happy with  most things. Car parking was at the nearby railway station parking which was inconvenient and expensive.
