Joy, the lady on reception was absolutely superb! We checked in at about 11:30pm, after realising I booked a double room (but needed a twin) so she made the bed up and got us an extra towel. Because of her accommodating my mistake our stay was 10/10. Also, definitely worth mentioning the chap on breakfast, I didn't catch his name but he was very friendly and went above and beyond. Thank you! We stayed on the 29-30th January 2025 if that helps finding out who the breakfast chap was. Potentially Nigel but I'm not sure. Bed was comfy, as always and the breakfast was delicious.

Very nice hotel clean annd have everything you need  and the staff were amazing , special mentions to Emily and Soxy who were very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here . The pub opposite was also nice and reasonably priced . Very good service and quality .

Came here for an event at silverstone so stayed over here night before. Not a fan of driving over the a49 to get to the hotel, but it is what it is. The receptionist was nice and friendly even at 10pm and after a long drive from up north. Room was a pretty good size, was one of the older style rooms but it all seemed in pretty good condition. Had no problem with the room at all, it doenst have air con but it was a cold winter day so didnt really matter. Had a good nights sleep and had a very nice breakfast in the small breakfast room in the morning. All staff was friendly and food was very nice. Overall a good stay usual premier inn standard even for a smaller hotel. Will stay again.

A very comfortable, pleasant weekend at Brackley Hatch Premier Inn. Room clean and quite a big room (standard). Only thing missing was a two point charging point in the bathroom for an electric toothbrush. Electric radiator on wall efficient so nice and warm when needed.

All staff, both at reception and in the restaurant at breakfast were friendly, efficient and helpful. Siouxzanne at reception helped us take our luggage upstairs as no lifts. Ensured we had enough towels in our room. June had prepared the room, all fine. Restaurant staff were extremely polite and helpful every morning. Sarah, the cook, Amelia and Holly, the waitresses, were cheerful and particular about keeping food stations well-stocked.

Very convenient for our weekend at Silverstone, approximately 3 miles , 5 minutes by car.

Had a great experience. Very warm welcome from an amazing lady called siouxzanne who managed to sort rooms last minute for my self and colleague. Very informative about hotel and local knowledge when we asked for help. Would highly recommend. Service above and beyond.5 star all the way. Thank you soxy.

Excellent hotel. Very easy to find and just a few miles from Silverstone race circuit.
Stayed one night after japfest. Very friendly and welcoming. The room was great. Bath and shower, tv, WiFi.
Slept great the bed was super comfortable. No road noise which surprised us as we were very close. 
Quiet hotel and buffet breakfast.
The chef was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. 
Would 100% recommend a stay here and will be going back next year.

Such a lovely warm welcome from Kasia when I arrived and she was incredibly helpful, and gave me all the information I needed without the need to any of the questions I was going to ask.

The hotel was lovely and Kasia made it feel very homely, and did not make me feel uncomfortable when I arrived before my husband, thank you so much, and for making our stay.

Very easy to find convenient location also there was some roadworks outside but all good nice fresh breakfast in tge morning and greeted by everyone with lovely smiles. Look small but quite big but you can’t even notice it as it’s nice and quiet

good handy location, quiet even that is next to busy road nice hot breakfast served in the morning helpful staff and nice pub next door for drinks and food if needed, quick and easy check in which was handful

stayed here for family event, staff very welcome and helpful. Clean and modern room. site do not have a lift but not a major issue. had brilliant breakfast served by Julie which was nice experience next door pub handy for drinks

Loved this hotel, very comfortable and friendly

Standard Premier Inn but no food available and no ability to change heating. No air con and the heater provided was not working. Fan provided was too loud to use. Window didn't open sufficiently. If taking heavy bags, there was no lift and the stairs were quite narrow. Breakfast staff very friendly. Oh, there is no loo downstairs so, you have to leave you breakfast table to go to your room for the loo. They then clear your table even if you lave items there to save the table. You can't win here.

We had such a great time at this Premier Inn. The staff here are very friendly and work incredibly hard. The room has everything you might need and breakfast is amazing quite frankly how they manage it is beyond me! A great quiet night with really convenient pub next door for supper too. The hotel is recently under new management and I think any little niggles will soon be resolved, but for us they included: very uncomfortable camp bed for second child/ dusty skirting boards and the room smelling of stale cigarette smoke (not sure why as it’s a no smoking hotel!)👍

Really great stay

We needed two rooms to break up a long journey. Some reviews made us wonder if this was the best place but decided to make our own minds up. It was very easy access from the south, a warm welcome , twin room was great and our double room was larger than normal. Everything clean. Very very quiet not even road noise. Too our own instant porridge so didn’t try breakfast.
Would definitely use as a stop off another time.
