Fantastic hosts Delicious breakfast Clean, spacious rooms Comfy bed, lovely bedding ,pillows Close proximity to attractions 5 minutes to sea front / tram stop Close to parking approx 5 minutes We have been staying with Jay and Laura for over 6 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Can't recommend highly enough
