Great place to visit the city. All the staff are welcoming, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff and any queries were dealt with quickly without fuss.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. 
There is a resturant within the hotel and although the menu is limited the staff were amazing. Big thank you to Ivy and Anici for their care, friendliness and skills, they made meal times a pleasure, especially as I was travelling and eating alone.

Great value hotel with amazing staff, with a lovely atmosphere. Couldn't have asked for more. The food tastes good and the bed is very cozy. Love that it's walking distance to the Sea Life centre and Legoland Centre. Plus you can pick up snacks at the local Spar and anything you need from Boots.

Hotel is clean & comfortable. Staff are exceptional, evening meal and breakfast were outstanding. Hotel is close to bars / restaurants. Convenient parking at the hotel, also parking across the road if the hotel car park is full. Highly recommend this Premier Inn

Always stay here when visiting Birmingham.    Staff are friendly and helpful.   Nice that they always remember us.    Ash is the Chef and is always happy to assist if you want anything slightly different like my husband always asks for crispy bacon.   Irean who looks after the restaurant  is so lovely and been there for years.    But all the staff are what makes this premier inn so special.

Nice clean comfortable bed, good size room and the two girls at reception and in the cafe were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here, as there is parking out the front and the location of the hotel is very central. 

Well , great experience, nice location and room was nice and comfortable and the lady on reception Neha she really help me lot regarding dinner and as per request everyday room clean by housekeeping staff and all staff was really nice and friendly.

Walking distance of Brindley Place and Birmingham Symphony Hall - less than 10 minutes. There are loads of lovely restaurants, cafes, bars there along side the canal. Parking on site (payable). Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast. 

Stayed at Premier Inn close to Utilita Arena.  Hotel situated only a 10 min walk from Arena and the bars and restaurants along the canal or in the recently developed square.  Staff very friendly. We opted for cooked breakfast and were pleased with selection of all breakfast offering. This hotel  is good for a straightforward stay and sleep stay.  If you want a bar and restaurant at h the time we stayed this wasn’t available at Premier Inn.

The hotel is a bit tired but very clean and tidy. The staff are charming and helpful. Moved me and my friend so we were next door to each other although we had booked separately.
Would have liked a USB charging port in my room but I expect that’s on the list with the next refurb.
Breakfast plentiful and varied. 
Lift wasn’t working at night time which my poor tired dancing legs were disappointed about but it was only two flights to my room so I managed it!
My room smelled strongly of aftershave and I expect the previous guest had spilled some. Not much can be done about that. I expect the lovely receptionist would have moved me if I had asked but I kept the windows open as the weather was mild and I toughed it out.
Bathroom slightly tired but spotless and v good shower.
Pretty quiet at night for a city centre location.
Excellent breakfast.
I would definitely stay again when in Brum for a gig.

Large room, sheet on bed poorly fitted. Pillows hard not usual premier Inn standard.  As usual only one large bath towel in room had to get second from reception so Chech when you arrive.  This appears to be their policy as had same problem at other premier hotels.  Curtains came off rail when opened.  No one on reception to report this when we checked out.
