109 reviewsI received an incredibly warm welcome from the owner of the Belmill hotel (who even helped me get parked!) - despite there being a large event being held & the restaurant being closed that day, I wasn't made to feel rushed or an inconvenience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful with making some great recommendations for places to go for food etc... Conveniently located in the town centre, you have a large Tesco and plenty of high street shops within a 5min walking distance, as well as a train station a stones throw away. The room itself was really comfortable and contained all the amenities I needed. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and really spacious - I was really impressed with the care taken. Despite being on a main road, I slept really well thanks to the thick glass windows. The Wifi was super-fast, which was great and allowed me to work there without issue for the afternoon/evening. Overall, I'd 100% stay there again; it's a shame I came on an evening when they were closed for food, as the menu looked great, but no doubt I'll be back on a day other than Tuesday to rectify that!
