lovely guest house with a very homely feel but also very private. would definitely recommend. i stay in lots of hotels and houses and this was fantastic and the view was great! 😊

Lovely property. The breakfast was amazing and the owner was really helpful. The bed was very comfortable and there were nice facilities in the room.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. We were able to check in a bit earlier and there was no issue. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean with the most stunning views.The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the owner couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home. We stayed 2 nights and climbed Ben Nevis and the room had been cleaned before we returned.Highly recommend, one of the nicest places with the nicest people I’ve been to for a while. Faultless. Comfie bed, perfect pillows, fluffy towels, wonderful breakfast, immaculate, huge bathroom, welcoming host who couldn’t do enough, beautiful home…you get the picture 😊

Absolutely fantastic. A hidden gem of a B&B, modern decoration, exceptionally clean, superb breakfast and a wonderful host.

The guest house has a brilliant view. 10 minutes walk from Neptune staircase .The owners were great and welcoming.Breakfast was great and as my wife is gluten intolerant, this was no problem, as the owners went above and beyond to get her gluten free sausages. Over all would highl rate this  Guesthouse as one to book, if staying in Fort William

You will be stunned!

Holiday trip

I cannot recommend this bed and breakfast enough!! The hostess Gail could not do enough for us and was so very welcoming. The views from bedroom 2 are to die for and I’d really recommend booking that room. The breakfast was fabulous with a variety of English and Scottish items, including haggis which was extremely tasty. The bed and breakfast is literally a 6 minute drive from the main Town of Fort William and is overlooked by the mighty Ben Nevis. There is so much to do around the area and I’d recommend a cruise on Loch Linnhe too - very informative and we got to see the seals with their pups. Great location for the b and b and spotlessly clean. Thank you so much Gail 😊.

Fabulous bed and breakfast!

Lovely room, modern fixtures and furniture- lights were particularly lovely. Choc and biscuits next to kettle. Also impressed that the bathroom had a light that automatically turned off. Breakfast made to order and served in a beautiful room. Healthy cereal choices - must admit I missed regular cornflakes but really lovely food.

We had a great stay - Ton and Irene were very friendly and were happy to recommend what to do in the area or where to go. The breakfast included during our stay set us up well for the day - we’re vegan and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Overall the stay was fantastic, the location is perfect for hiking and taking in the sites. Our room (2) was very spacious with an en-suite and a great view. The room was cleaned everyday and the guesthouse is made up to a very high standard. We would definitely recommend the guesthouse to anyone.

Fantastic stay and vegan friendly

Beautiful room with lovely big bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Hosts were friendly, interested in our trip and gave recommendations that we found helpful and enhanced our trip. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choicez even provided a veggie breakfast for my husband. We plan to return again and recommended the property to family for where to stay near fort william. Bed was comfy, we had fabulous sleeps. The view was incredible, looking onto the garden and beyond into town.

Highly recommend this excellent guest House. A warm welcome awaited us. Owners went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. Spotless accommodation. Lovely comfortable bedrooms with great views. Refreshing shower. Superb breakfast. What more can I say other than I hope I can go back someday. Thank you so much.

Had the most wonderful 2 night stay at Braeburn Guesthouse. Lovely clean room and fantastic location to see the local sights. The breakfast was delicious they even provided gluten free toast and sausages, along with veggie sausages. A real treat. Ton and Irene are brilliant hosts who go above and beyond. They were so friendly and Ton was really knowledgeable on the area to help plan are days. He even helped plan things to do on the way to our next destination. Best place we have stayed on our trip round Scotland. would highly recommended!

Highly recommend

Lovely stay at this very welcoming bnb. The location is brilliant, just out of town which means it’s peaceful enough to watch wildlife in the garden (we saw deer right outside of the window) yet you’re still in walking distance of some local points of interest. Service was great and a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Would stay here again.
