We loved the private deck off of our room.  The room is very spacious and well-appointed.  The proprietors were lovely and gave great advice about dining and activity options!  Would stay again!

Beautiful view from every window. Very clean you can tell a lot of pride and love has gone into this home and the people who own Tree tops are wonderful. And the food is top notch Can’t wait to visit again.

The place is great and the Hosts are just as nice.  J and J are very personable and run a tight ship.  The room was clean and the amenities were top notch. The morning breakfast is great with a nice variety of local foods plus the coffee was nice and strong.  The location in Ft William  is convenient to the town and hikes, but you will a car to move around.  If we are back in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

An unexpected location at the end of what seems to be a quiet residential street, this B&B was an absolute delight to discover.  The house is beautifully presented with exceptional hosts adding a personal touch.  The entire experience was wonderful and the hosts were very accommodating to our delayed arrival.  Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautifilly made up spacious room with great attention to detail.  Can definitely tell a great deal of thought has gone into the fitting.

Like the rooms, the level of quality and attention to detail on the food presentation was excellent.  Small things like having real milk in the fridge,  and proper coffee with cafetiere in the bedroom made this a special place.

Breakfast was superb with a very high quality selection of local food, including meats and cheeses.  Again, attention to detail and quality surroundings made this a wonderful place to stay.

Absolute delight to discover with wonderful hosts.

A lovely big room with nice views with an extremely comfortable bed. We both slept so well. The ensuite is also a good size with a walk in shower (not electric) which is a big plus for us. Nice and powerful and easily controlled temperature. The hosts are extremely friendly and make you feel most welcome. We only stayed for one night but would not hesitate to stay longer another time.

Treetops is excellent!

Overall amazing stay. Could not fault the location, room, owners, cleanliness, food or comfort of Treetops. I stayed in the Ben Nevis room which offered breathtaking views of the mountains and Ben Nevis.Location a little out of the way but the local bus stop 5 mins walk away makes for such an easy place to get to I did not bother with a taxi. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, the option of porridge and croissant welcome, hard boiled eggs most welcome as well as the traditional and fresh continental options.The owners have a resident cat and dog which are both very friendly and cuddly.Will definitely stay again!

Faultless and top location.

I've lost count of the amount of times I have stayed with JJ and Jo at Treetops.  This might be the 6th or 7th visit over the years and, as previously, I have nothing but good things to say about these hosts and their property.   Kind, fun and a genuinely lovely couple. 

Our room was spacious, clean and finished to a very high standard.  Bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was impeccably clean and the new shower was an amazing discovery after a day on the road.  Views over Ben Nevis from the balcony spectacular as always.....even in the rain & mist! 

Treetops has moved to a fully continental breakfast from the previous cooked breakfast option on previous visits, and while I miss JJ's skills at the cooker, the breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from.  It didn't feel any less value and actually gave more time to engage and chat with the hosts (if that's something you enjoy like us).  

Highly recommended as always! 

Yet another visit to JJ and Jo

This is a beautiful home and location. We stayed in the Great Glen room, and the view was amazing. We had a wondering visit in September 2022 and hiked most of the way up Ben Nevis which is a great hike. 

The breakfast was great at Treetops...especially liked the hard boiled eggs from their own chickens. The hosts were perfect. Friendly and helpful. I had a small medical issue and the host made calls to find a provider that was open...so kind. 

Very happy we chose to stay at Treetops - Great Glen has the BEST view!

Treetops gave us the Wow factor the minute we walked through the door! The place is immaculate and stunning, with the most amazing views. Our room was gorgeous, with some lovely welcoming touches, and the bed was so comfy. JJ & Jo are just the nicest of people and extremely friendly hosts, and we will definitely be back! Our only downfall was that we didn’t stay long enough!!! 

WOW!

Just returned from a great couple of nights at Treetops! Location was slightly further out than we first thought but that was more our fault for not checking this more thoroughly but cannot fault the accommodation. JJ & Jo are extremely welcoming hosts, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, nothing was too much effort. Spacious modern room, huge comfy bed, great shower and loved the covered balcony, complete with blankets so we could sit out at night, despite the rain! Also amazing views during the day. The board games were a great touch and we made use of these on our first night. Breakfast was ideal, continental style but with the option for freshly cooked porridge should you want but otherwise there are cereals, pastries, breads, cheese, meats, yoghurts and fruit. We were also asked how we take our tea/coffee, which again was a good touch. All in a all, a great stay and would highly recommend!

Great couple of nights!

Treetops is easily one of the best B & Bs in which we have stayed during our many years of travelling both in the UK and elsewhere.  It is a most attractive house which is maintained to a very high standard, you just feel the quality as you cross the threshold.  Our room was spacious, well furnished with stunning views across to Ben Nevis and surrounding area.  The en suite was of the same standard.  All areas were spotlessly clean.  Breakfast was served continental style with a good selection of meats, cheeses, breads etc.  We particularly liked the offer of Greek yoghurt and compote.  Jo and JJ are excellent hosts with a wealth of local knowledge.  The next time are staying in the Fort William area we shall certainly be coming to Treetops again.

One of the best

We spent seven nights at Treetops, and we could not have imagined a better place to do so. Jo and JJ are warm and hospitable hosts, and our room was just fantastic - with in room seating, a private balcony with an amazing view, and a smart TV.  Breakfast is advertised as continental, which, while technically true, is VERY nice- with brewed-to-order coffee, homemade porridge, and freshly warmed croissants.  Way better than any continental breakfast we’ve had before. We couldn’t have been happier there, and on any return trip to the Highlands we will be sure to stay at Treetops again!
