We stayed here for one night and it was fantastic, very accommodating and the wonderful Tracy looked after us so well. We will definitely return when we’re next in the area and would recommend to anybody that is looking for a clean and friendly place to stay.

Excellent, clean and friendly. 

We had travelled from wakefield to race at snetterton, and managed to book into a different hotel for the weekend after! We phone the sherbourne and got an incredible helpful Tracey who managed to accommodate us and give all sorts of recommendations for places to eat etc. 

We found the rooms clean and comfortable!

I’ve been staying at this hotel for 5 weeks since my house was flooded and I needed a place to stay. I’ve been well looked after by Tracey, Sheila and Drew who have made me feel quite at home here. 
The only down side is that the hotel doesn’t do a cooked breakfast or cater for my ‘free from’ dietary needs. My room is comfortable and the whole place is relaxing and friendly.

Lovely house. Big well presented room, all clean. Really impressed. TV big enough too! Bathroom lovely and big and clean and new. Tracey the manager / host was lovely also👍

The staff were incredibly accommodating and polite, going the extra mile to sort me another night at very late notice. The bed was great and the room comfortable to stay in. The room was clean and made back up each day of my stay and had all of the necessities for a few days working away. The staff couldn't be more helpful and understanding, thank you again!

Very friendly welcome, spotlessly clean and nice warm room on a cold wet evening.  Good selection of teas and coffees in the room. Good location to stay when visiting Snetterton race circuit. Easy walking distance to a variety of good eateries.

Had a lovely night stay at Sherbourne house.  Plenty of parking. Room was lovely and warm and  immaculate  bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was really nice Our host Pauline could not do enough she even gave us a lift into town as it was raining heavily

Could  not fault anything. Had a lovely chinese meal at nearby Restaurant.

Sherbourne House Hotel is a lovely family run hotel with staff who could not be more helpful or accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, the Full English superb, tea & coffee piping hot, the rooms were all spacious, bright and clean and we had copious amounts of hot water.
We will certainly stay again when we come to Norfolk next time.

What a place and Pauline was great. Lovely house, great room and what a breakfast -  cooked to perfection. 

Not far of the A11 so access is easy and their direction are great. Super place to stay to explore Norfolk!

Lovely accommodation

I stayed here with my family and we stayed in the junior suite. It was a really big room that I couldn’t fault. The bathroom was shiny clean and they provided lots of toiletries. We didn’t hear any road noise and had the windows open and still it was silent. 

There was a wide range of options for breakfast and the owner catered for all of our needs.  A list of local restaurants was sent to us before our stay which was really helpful. When I mentioned it was my daughters birthday the owner bought her a card and sweets which was so thoughtful. 

We had a great couple of nights here and I would highly recommend it.

Great stay, delicious breakfast and super clean rooms

A beautifully presented hotel, in a great position. Gorgeous room and most comfortable beds.  I can not fault anything, so clean, well decorated and all bedrooms different. We had the junior suite and had bath and separate shower, not the most powerful shower but plenty of hot water.  Towels where soft and good size. Plenty of toiletries as well as cotton wool, shower caps. Lovely tea, coffee and hot chocolate selection in room, with biscuits. Breakfast is excellent, freshly cooked and very tasty.  
The staff were wonderful very friendly, helpful and excellent service. 
Now we have found this gem of a hotel we shall stay there every visit we have to Norfolk.

A gem of a small hotel

We stayed 1 night in Room 13, and were totally impressed with the welcome we received on arrival, and throughout our stay, room was very spacious and extremely clean (did try the four in a bed trick looking for dust, but none to be found), tea, coffee etc plentiful, room was facing a main road but still got a brilliant night sleep, bed was hugh and very comfortable, Breakfast was lovely, all staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, 

Overall a brilliant nights stay, and would highly recommend

Amazing

Stayed at Sherborne House for four nights and loved it. The room, no 13 is delightful, clean and with a lovely en-suite. The bed was like being at home, so comfortable and the breakfast superb. If my wife and I visit the area again, we would be very happy to return to this little gem. The waitress in the morning was lovely and so helpful. I would  recommend without hesitation.

Excellent stay

A friendly welcome, sanitiser available, and a comfortable and very clean room which contained many considerate extras.  Our room was quite near the road and some traffic noise cannot be avoided when the windows are open (it was a warm night).  However, earplugs and sleep mask, single use, were provided.  We slept  very well.  A good choice of beverages available in the room, replenished by request.   Good quality bed linen and towels with very good en suite bathroom facilities.  Excellent breakfast. Off road parking and a garden with seats.  A perfect two night stay.

Friendly welcome, comfortable room.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We visited as a large family group to attend a wedding in June. Pauline could not do enough to accommodate us. Special mention to Meghan also who was so fabulous with my usually very shy son.

Breakfast was beautiful, everybody commented how lovely it was. Great quality and fantastic service.

Room was beautiful, incredibly clean and well equipped.
I have an electric car and the hotel had access to an outside plug which was a major bonus.

My daughter cried when we had to leave. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
