Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The following cards are accepted at the property: American Express, Visa and Euro/Mastercard. The Spires Serviced Apartments UK Ltd. does not accept cheque payments for accommodation charges. The card holder must be present and will be asked for official photographic identification, e.g. valid passport, driving license or national I.D. card upon arrival. Please note that reception is opened between 08:30 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 10:30 and 19:00 on Saturdays. Reception is not open on Sundays. Arrivals outside of reception hours or on Sunday must be requested by the property in advance. The self-check-in instructions will be sent via email. Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this. The Spires reserves the right to refuse reservations for anyone under the age of 21. If booking more than 3 apartments different policies and additional supplements may apply.
