Really excellent stay with great hosts and a lovely breakfast.

Conveniently located. Nice and clean. Accessible by local bus.Had to climb two floors to get to the room with heavy bags. Check and request room on lower floor if carrying heavy bags.

Well run B&B. Super clean and comfortable. Dave and Marion very welcoming. Central location and good VFM. Really good breakfast. Cosy room. Would definitely recommend. Will be back. It was lovely to chat with Dave over breakfast. Really looked after guests

The room  is beautiful bed is comfy. Marion and Dave are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, multiple choice  breakfast great. Shower was hot just the way we like it. Local car parking  not a problem. 

Lovely guest house.  Really nice part of Aberdeen.  Room nice size for single occupant.  On suite.  Spotless!  Ample breakfast.
Hosts were so helpful.  I will definitely be back here when I next visit my friend in Aberdeen.

Lovely place to stay. The room was immaculate & very comfortable, so much so, we overslept for breakfast and Marion kindly made me scrambled eggs way after the cut off point. There was also no pushing for payment, very relaxed and Marion & Dave were super hosts. Thank you. Hope to be back next year!

 Everything you want from a guest house, a lovely bright airy and clean room, a good nights sleep and a great breakfast.
Dave & Marion are excellent hosts and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone staying in Aberdeen.

The Kildonan Guesthouse was a great value. Our toilet didn't flush the best and the shower was very small. The walk to Union Street was a wee bit longer than we expected.

Kildonan Guest House is one of the best that I stay in over the year. Just are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are good sized and very clean with excellent facilities. Full Scottish Breakfast was amazing and would put a lot of expensive hotels to shame. Parking is easy so ticks all the boxes. Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic B&B and great value

This was a nice enough Bed and Breakfast.
Think we had one of the larger rooms which was en-suite, not all looked to be with a king and single for us and my daughter. 
Room was larger than we expected, decorated well and nice and fresh, owners lovely and friendly and there was free on-street parking. 
Only didn't give it 5 stars as the shower wasn't good with the water almost trickling out, our room was slightly noisy as on a main road if you are not use to that. 
Breakfast was ok.

Nice B&B

The property is situated in an upscale neighbourhood close to the centre of the city. Though an older property it has been sympathetically updated, is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Marion and Dave are engaged hosts making sure you are welcome and providing a excellent cooked breakfast. On-street parking was easily found and at no cost. The neighbourhood is safe and ideal for walking, the city centre is just over a half hour walk and their is a bus route passing the property. Highly recommended, will stay there again.

Great location as it's just off Anderson Drive (A90) so you don't have to drive right into Aberdeen. As mentioned previously an easy walk into the city 15-20 minutes. The room was a good size and spotless with a large TV, coffee & tea (and biscuits) making facilities and most important a reasonable sized and again spotless en suite. Marion and Dave will make you fell very welcome and they both cook a great breakfast. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.
