One child under 12 years old can stay in the rooms free of charge. A second child under 12 years old is accommodated at 50% of the adult price.

Swimming pool opening hours: 08:00 AM — 08:00 PM. Swimming caps are required in the pool. The beach and pool are open for public use. The hotel does not have a ladies only pool. Sun loungers on the beach and by the pool are free. Beach towels are available at the lobby entrance. The pool is partially closed. The upper floors of the hotel may have views of the visible parts of the pool. Children are strictly prohibited from using the pool without specially designed baby diapers.

Cost of food RUB 1000.00.

Food and drinks are available according to the hotel's schedule from 07:30 AM to 09:30 PM. In accordance with Covid-19 precautions, breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as any other food and drinks, are only served by hotel staff.

Glass cups are only used in the main restaurant. According to Department of Health guidelines, the beach and other areas are served with cardboard cups.

All bottled drinks, Turkish coffee, ice cream, specially prepared drinks, a la carte menu, freshly squeezed fruit juices are paid additionally.

A pull-out single extra bed is available for additional guests and children. Daily cleaning of rooms is carried out once a day from 09:00 to 16:00. Bed linen and towels are changed every other day. Rooms will not receive daily cleaning or minibar replenishment if the Do Not Disturb light on the door is illuminated.

The hotel does not serve or sell alcoholic beverages. Alcohol consumption is prohibited in public places and restaurants.

The all-inclusive alcohol-free stay starts with a snack, includes all-inclusive concept meals up to the number of nights of stay, and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Breakfast or lunch from early check-in packages is paid separately per guest. Half board accommodation starts with dinner, includes dinner depending on the number of nights stayed, and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Breakfast included in the early check-in package is paid separately per guest. Bed and breakfast accommodation includes breakfast equal to the number of nights you stay and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. If the hotel has less than 30 guests, breakfast, lunch and dinner are served as a set menu. The set menu includes soup, main course (white meat or red or fish), salad, fruit or dessert.

0.5 liter bottled water will be supplied to the room's minibar daily. The minibar is stocked upon request.

Visitors are not permitted to enter outside the lobby area. Any visitor wishing to use the services will be charged a daily fixed fee as determined by the hotel.

The use of the bracelet is mandatory upon arrival at the hotel. Guests who do not wear a wristband cannot use the hotel's services.

In case of loss of the room key, the guest will be charged a fee of USD 3.00.

The hotel does not accept pets.

The hotel does not guarantee the location of the room.

It is prohibited to use all types of household electrical appliances and any fuel-powered appliances that could jeopardize the safety of the hotel and guests in public places and rooms. The guest is responsible for property damage that may occur in the room or common areas during the stay, and charges will be charged to the guest in excess of the current invoice amount.

By law, the use of tobacco and tobacco products is prohibited on the premises and in all enclosed areas.
