Five stars are simply not enough to describe my experience at Aïda Hôtel & Spa.From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless.What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from Carolina – she was absolutely exceptional.Warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire hotel.Valentine was also great – helpful and kind – but Carolina truly stood out.The spa was peaceful and beautifully maintained – the perfect place to relax and unwind.The breakfast was rich, well-presented, and full of delicious options to suit every taste.And the view from the room was breathtaking – calm and panoramic, adding to the overall serenity of the stay.Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.
