Stayed here for 1 week skiing holiday in a single bed apartment / room. Very quiet location, no outside noise at all, with outside shutters - don't worry about sleeping disturbances. No noises from lift (there is a lift in the house - nice plus), shutting doors, ventilation, pipes or similar - very quiet inside, walls seemed to be thick. So excellent for those with sleeping issues like me. The room is equipped with mini kitchen with all the necessary cutlery, microwave oven, dishes etc. No dish washer. There is a balcony and a storage outside, so one could keep water, wine etc cool outside. There is a ski locker and room for ski boots - these are not heated, be careful - make sure you can take the inlets of your skiing boots out with you to dry or keep the boots at lockers at the Medran lift station for a fee. Sauna area is small but has all one needs and would fit a group of max 3-4 people. The house itself is 5 min walk from either a drag lift, or a gondola station - that is if you want to walk. Main alternative is ski bus, which stops 50 meters away and during daytime runs every 5-10 minutes, free of charge and then 5 mins and you're at the Medran bubble to take you up to main area of Verbier. Supermarkets are also rather a bus arrangement, one would have to walk up the hill from supermarket to the house. But again - 5 mins with a bus and it's free. The hosts are a very nice, helpful and friendly family with eagerness to help in every way possible! All in all - most recommended, an excellent place to stay for an affordable budget in Verbier!
