Lugano (and surrounding area) hotels are seriously expensive. This house has several rooms at CHF70 for a large modern double-bedded room with large windows, large wardrobe, desk etc and adjacant large bathroom. Free parking, good wifi, free tea/coffee/fruit in the kitchen. Located a 5 minute ride from the town centre & the lake. SO much beter than the average hotel room here which is typically twice that price for a room half the size.
