Seeing all the mixed reviews on here I was prepared for the worst, especially since we were staying during the Sports Vacation period for Swiss schools, which is probably the busiest time of the year. On one of the days, the weather was so bad all the local ski schools had to cancel, so the hotel was busy. Even with all that (busiest time of year, bad weather, ski school cancelled), I didn't find to hotel or the facilities to be overly crowded. Sure, it was busy, but between the pool, playrooms, sports area, I didn't find to to be a problem. Everyone was spread out. And despite all this, the hotel staff did an amazing job, and were always friendly. I will say however, it is very important to make reservations for specific activities and the restaurants at least a day before, especially the spa and restaurants. Everything can be done online, so it's easy to do. We stayed in a "Family Room Comfort." It was smaller than we expected, but the layout was very well done. The staff provided all the extras for the baby we needed like bottle warmer, crib, baby bath, high chair, etc. You can also ask for baby food at the restaurants (which is called "Babybrei" in Swiss German I learned.) All this was a huge help traveling with a 1yo! My 5 yo raved about this place and can't wait to go back. The childcare facilities were great to give my wife and I a break. If you are looking for somewhere to go with kids, absolutely check this place out.
