The first thing to note is that this is not your typical hotel. The reception is only open during office hours, so if you arrive later you will need to collect your room key from a safe deposit box (a code will be in your email confirmation.) Also, the hotel is out in the country - fine if you drive, but if like me, you didn't you need to get the airport bus from Belp Train Station and get off outside the 'Landi' Store. The hotel is then a short walk further up the road. But don't let this put you off - the hotel is virtually brand new, with very spacious & comfortable rooms. The room & bathroom was spotlessly clean, and there is a daily room service to give you clean towels. The rooms have a large bed, desk, free WiFi and flat screen TV with a few UK channels. On weekdays, they offer a 'continental style' breakfast. I stayed for 4 nights, but would have happily stayed much longer!
