If you're looking for five star luxury, this is not for you, but if you'd like somewhere decent in the centre of Nuwara Eliya, this is a great option. Don't be put off by the grim concrete exterior. Inside are clean rooms and lovely welcoming staff who brought us trays of tea and biscuits and provided helpful advice. Breakfast was good too - roti, string hoppers, dahl and tea.
