Holiday Stay Inn

Lovely Cintra She is very sweet, friendly, helpful and caring. We chatted over tea & biscuits on her balcony with lovely views over Kandy. We had some plans & with Cintras help & guidance we had an amazing time. She arranged for tuk tuk drivers Pradeep & Ramesh to take us about for a very reasonable rate. The 3 loop temples were special & worth the trip if you have time. She just wants everybody to enjoy Sri Lanka & have the best time ever. Her Sri Lankan breakfasts are lovely. The morning we were leaving we received a whatsapp message from Mahaweli tours saying the blue train reserved tickets to Ella they were supposed to be delivering that morning to us would not be arriving. We had booked with them 1 month previous & had confirmation we had tickets. But no apparently they could not get them that morning. We were already told tickets were confirmed. We were beyond distressed. Cintra bless her calmed us down & said she would try to get it sorted. Her son rang the station & her tuk tuk driver Pradeep took us to the station. We managed to get the train but it was definitely not the experience we were expecting. We would highly recommend staying at Cintras she is an amazing host.
