This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, you will receive an email from the Apartments Barcelona & Home Deco Centro with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that there is an extra charge of EUR 30 for check-in after 21:00. A surcharge of 30 EUR will be applied for departures outside check-out hours (before 8:00 a.m.). All early departure requests are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note the Ramblas Luxury Balmes 9 apartment will not have the elevator operating between 01.23.23 and 04.10.23
