From January 1, 2021, children under 14 years of age can be accommodated in hotels with accompanying persons only if there is a notarized consent of legal representatives: parents, adoptive parents, guardians (one of them).

Minor children (14-18 years old) will be able to check into a hotel room without accompanying persons only with the notarized consent of their legal representatives (one of them).

When checking in, guests need to make a deposit of RUB 3,000.00 per room in cash or give consent to authorize this amount on their bank card as a guarantee for the preservation of material values ​​in hotel rooms, as well as a guarantee of payment for additional services if the guest uses them. In the absence of complaints about the room after the departure of guests, the security deposit is refunded in full if additional services have not been provided. In the case of the provision of additional paid services, their value is deducted from the security deposit and the remaining amount is returned to the guests.

Guests under the age of 18 can only be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.

Cost of an extra bed for a child aged 10 years and older:

- with breakfast — RUB 3200.00;

- with half board — RUB 3800.00;

- with full board — RUB 4800.00.

Cost of an extra bed for a child aged 4 to 10 years:

- with breakfast — RUB 2200.00;

- with half board — RUB 2800.00;

- with full board — RUB 3800.00.

Children under 4 years old without an extra bed are accommodated free of charge.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. The cost of the service must be checked with the hotel administrator.

The cost of food in the Crystal restaurant:

Breakfast from 07:00 АМ to 10:30 АМ — RUB 1500.00

Lunch from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM — RUB 1500.00

Dinner from 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM — RUB 1500.00

Access to the gym from 07:00 AM to 01:00 PM is available from the age of 18 according to the rules of visiting the Strong People sports club by guests of the Pearl Grand Hotel.
