Children 5-16 years old are accommodated at the following rates: RUB 1000.00 per day per guest — no meals, RUB 1900.00 per day per guest — with buffet breakfast, RUB 2900.00 per day per guest — with buffet breakfast and dinner.

For guests staying at the hotel, from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, there is a permanent 50% discount on services for visiting the Mon Plaisir SPA complex.

Check-in of guests is carried out only upon presentation of the original documents of each guest. Accepted documents are: a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a passport of a citizen of the USSR, until it is replaced within the prescribed period with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a birth certificate — for a person under 14 years old, a passport of a foreign citizen, or another document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen, a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a stateless person, a temporary residence permit for a stateless person, residence permit of a stateless person.

The hotel considers pets: cats and dogs, part of the family, which is why its doors are open to four-legged pets.

Accommodation with a pet up to 50 cm high at the withers is RUB 1000.00, including 20% VAT. A fee is charged for each pet, regardless of the length of stay. Pets over 50 cm high at the withers are not allowed.

The owner must present a veterinary passport or veterinary certificate for the animal.

Laundry services are provided free of charge. Ironing rooms with 24-hour access are located on each floor of the hotel (use is free).
