Check-in takes place remotely, the day before check-in, the guest receives a letter with a link to online check-in. The reception is open from 9 am to 8 pm, there is a 24-hour security at the facility.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Sonder Casa Tonalá in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guests stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guest will receive more details from the property management prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no elevator or air conditioning. Fans are in every space. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast and an HDMI cord for streaming. This central location is prone to noise. Windows in some spaces may face the lobby or interior courtyard. There is no fridge in the Standard Queen Room.
