The hotel requires prepayment via Paypal. Guests will receive a direct email from the hotel with the Paypal link. To confirm the reservation, payment of 20% of the reservation amount must be made within 7 days once the email is received. If payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.

The remaining 80% of the payment must be made 30 days before arrival, also via Paypal.

If the length of time between the time the reservation is made and the arrival date is less than 30 days, the full amount must be paid via Paypal within 7 days once the email is received or before arrival, whichever comes first.

No cash refunds are given. However, guests who cancel may be given credit toward future reservations as follows:

-Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: the amount of the deposit can be credited toward future reservations at this hotel for up to 1 year.

-Cancellations made from 30 days to 48 hours in advance: the amount paid can be credited toward future reservations at this hotel for up to 1 year.

-Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or no-shows: no credit given.
