U skladu sa Institucionalnim pravilnikom i pravilima koja uređuju naknadu za pristup, sa ili bez usluge prevoza, Veneciji i malim ostrvima Venecijanske lagune, dodatna naknada se naplaćuje dnevnim turistima koji ne noće ali planiraju da posete istorijski centar od petka do nedelje ili na državne praznike, od 08:30 do 16:00. Tarifa varira od 5,00 do 10,00 EUR dnevno, u zavisnosti od datuma rezervacije. Nakon uplate, turisti moraju imati potvrdu kod sebe. Od plaćanja ove naknade oslobođene su osobe mlađe od 14 godina, rezidenti Venecije i regije Veneto kao i osobe koje rade ili studiraju u Veneciji. Gosti koji noće u Veneciji su takođe oslobođeni plaćanja ove tarife ali moraju platiti boravišnu taksu u smeštajnim objektima.

Naknada za čišćenje nije uključena u cenu rezervacije i plaća se posebno u hotelu.

For arrivals outside reception hours, it is necessary to ring the bell at the main entrance and follow the instructions displayed on the door. A remote operator will respond and provide access.

An envelope labeled with the guest's name will be placed on the reception desk. It will contain the room key, access card for the main entrance, and general hotel information.

For departures prior to 07:30 AM, payment should be completed on the preceding morning.

If guests do not check-in until reception working time is over then the interaction with the hotel will be remote. The guest will need to ring the doorbell and then at the reception the guest will need to find his envelope with the room key.

There is no city tax for children under 12 years of age.

All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.
