A damage deposit of ILS 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. On Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is 2 hours after sunset. Please note that the pool is open from 18 April until 30 September. Please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property.
