Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 20:00. For check-in, guests are required to present a health resort card (sanatorium-resort card) and pay a resort fee upon arrival.
Treatment profiles at the sanatorium include:
– musculoskeletal system;
– cardiovascular system;
– respiratory system;
– nervous system.
As the package includes medical and health treatments prescribed by a doctor based on the guest’s diagnosis and any medical contraindications, it is mandatory to present a medical certificate in the 1 zdr/u-10 form “Medical Certificate of Health” (or the 1 med/u-10 form “Extract from Medical Documents,” or a health resort card, epicrisis, or another document containing similar health information, properly certified), issued no more than one month prior to the check-in date.
If the required documents are not provided, the doctor will only prescribe wellness procedures.
The sanatorium does not offer services for issuing health resort cards.
To visit the swimming pool, guests must have:
– a swimsuit/trunks;
– slippers and a swim cap (required);
– personal bath accessories.
A medical certificate is not required for visiting the pool. |
