A very pleasant stay (May 2019) The location is great: view of the Arab ruins and Torres de Serrans beyond them. Very clean and comfortable apartment, large spaces, very well provided kitchen. We found a large bathroom, clean, with a very large shower and functional as well... but with not much toilet paper :) Very discreet, genuine, fair and friendly staff: specially the guy who welcomed and cared for us during our stay. Every morning at 9 am, a delicious breakfast is left on the handle of the front door In addition, they rent bicycles at very cheap conditions! All this in a very quiet and cool atmosphere. A reference point that I would definitely recommend, and where I would return if I would return to Valencia.
