On our last leg of a road trip through France and Spain we decided to treat ourselves to some five star treatment! Wow, how this treatment ended up with being totally overwhelming. We booked a deluxe sea room view on checking in, the staff from the point of arrival couldn’t have been anymore helpful and so so polite. The front desk check-in staff were very helpful, warm and welcoming. Once booked in we were then told we had an upgrade to a suite. To be honest, we couldn’t believe it when we arrived to our room, it was fantastic. The facilities of the hotel were exceptional, beautiful swimming pools, the poolside service and the availability of the spa and treatments. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety to suit every dietary requirement. The housekeeping staff were so unobtrusive, considerate and so warming. I must note that the staff are constantly there to your needs, there is always staff constantly cleaning around the outdoor areas of the pool, pool bars, hotel bar and catering but very in a very discreet manor. In a nutshell I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely Return. Thank you for making us feel so welcome to València
