I traveled with my 2 adult daughters and my granddaughter so had one of their apartments. Check in is 4pm but we arrived at 11am so they took our bags and said they would contact us as soon as the room was ready. Luckily this was only about an hour later. The apartments are just across a beautiful square and very secure with the key being an app on your phone. Free Wi-Fi in the hotel/apartments. The apartment was lovely a separate bedroom and a sofa bed. We also paid extra to have a travel cot. Beautiful bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and a separate hairdryer. Wardrobe with use of the safe and a useful kitchen area/fridge/microwave. The hotel/apartments are in the most perfect spot right in the best part of the city with beautiful squares /restaurants/bars within a few steps. We hired bikes for a hour and was able to ride to the old train station/bull ring and get about on the cycle lanes easily. We also took a bus ride to the beach which took about 25 minutes. The city is very picturesque and the people super friendly. The staff in the hotel are extremely helpful and friendly and can help you with anything. I also recommend the hotel restaurant where we had delicious tapas. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
