Really good, basic accommodation. Great view over the pool area.Downside...listed " Lift " & " Accessible " on their details, but failed to mention the lift only went from Reception up & down to the dining area. They'd put us on the 3rd floor which I couldn't manage. I hadn't thought to mention I'm a wheelchair user as I assumed my needs were covered.Upside...sorted out very quickly with no fuss - they changed our room to the Ground Floor. Not sure what would've happened if they'd been fully booked, but I was very impressed with how they handled it & with the wonderful staff in general.I would not hesitate to use this lovely hotel again.
