What a special experience this hotel provides and a personal thank you to Rocio! From the advance concierge communication ensuring that we were informed of all nuances. Rocio welcomed us with a glass of wine while she personally sat down and reviewed all of the hotel features and ways of hotel and local life. It's located on a charming street in old Santa Cruz with fabulous proximity to everything. Just walk out your door! Our room was rustic authentic luxury!!! Yummy!!! Quiet and a one-of-a-kind experience. They have a beautiful rooftop patio with a small pool and it's gorgeous at night too have a drink and take in the cities sights lit up! The breakfast is exceptional and delicious. The hotel is run with detailed warmth. But what makes the stay and experience standout are the people. It's like living within a hug for days. We've never experienced such thoughtful housekeeping during several times of the day. Always wanting us to feel comfortable and thought of. The personal experience with the staff makes you feel like family. They were so helpful with advice too. Rocio we miss you already and all of the Hotel Corral del Rey family. Thank you for creating a lasting and priceless memory of Seville and you.
