Es Moli Hotel

We have stayed at this hotel 5 times over the past 3 years and have booked again for October. We have found it to be extremely well managed and this is reflected by how the staff engage with and assist customers, in such a friendly and helpful manner. Some of the staff who we spoke to had been there 15-20 years, so another sign of happy and well motivated team, always working hard and with a friendly greeting. We have owned and operated hotels ourselves for over 50 years combined - so are aware of how difficult this is to achieve, along with the high standards and standardisation of products and service. This hotel ticks all the boxes. Comfortable bedrooms, with a range of styles, sizes and suites. All seem to have recently refurbished bathrooms and are spotlessly clean. The corridors and public areas are spacious and tastefully designed. The pool area and large pool is ideal for couples and children - and all guests that we encountered were pleasant ( and the children well behaved). The poolside snack bar served delicious food and drinks. Quality towels and loungers provided too. The breakfast was delicious, a wide selection of items and a chef cooking fresh omelettes and eggs as well as a large hot buffet selection. Served outside under the shade of the trees in summer. Pleasant staff at all times. The hotels success is reflected in the fact that it was fully booked throughout August - not that you could tell. The place seemed quiet along the corridors and public areas. The clients were all respectable, quiet and enjoying the facilities, without encroaching themselves upon others. The restaurant was pleasant, but quiet on some evenings, as I think that many guests walk to the nearby village to test out the abundance of eateries there. Overall it is a very tasteful, comfortable and well run hotel, family owned, and it shows!
