Very clean apartment,highly recommend, Chico and family, and staff pool area relaxing,bar food  available,make you fill at home,and making you feel like one off the family, reasonable prices for staying in one of these very clean and hygienic apartments

Very nice and clean apartment, with large balcony equipped with clothesline and Bed and Bath linen change every two days (even if not required). Tactical position for all the facilities and services, from the many Supermarkets to the nearest Taxi stop. Staff always available, by the moment we asked for information about the City tax payment, until the time we asked for room amenities. Night porter always smiling and very friendly, it was a pity when we had to say goodbye to him the last day of our vacation! We will definitely come back to Ibiza, and we have no doubt we will stay in one of these apartments again!

Reported to the price this is the best option in Ibiza. Located in downtown. Close to the beach, to the markets, restaurants. Clubs are from 20 min walk up to 15 min taxi drive. 

Appartments are pretty cozy with nice balconies, clean rooms, kitchen in room. The building has its own very nice pool and a bar where you can have breakfasts for 5-6 euros. 

The only problem - no noise after 23:00... that's an issue for Ibiza. 



Great stay in these apartments, leaving today 😔.Friendly,relaxed, spotless, and good location. Mike was really helpful and made us so welcome. No hidden costs which is a plus and the drink was very reasonable.

Stayed there this week for 8 nights for the second time after also staying last year. It's an amazing location if you're going there for a party holiday, literally about 30 seconds walk from Sankeys, 10 mins walk from Ushuaia and Hi, 10 mins walk to Bora Bora/Jet, 5 mins (8 euros) in a taxi to DC10, 15 mins max (15-20 euros) in a taxi to Amnesia/Privilege or you can also get the disco bus, closest stop is Ushuaia/Hi which is 10 mins walk away. Its also only 11 euros (5 mins) in a taxi from the airport. You have a KFC/Burger King within a minutes walk away as well as 2 Spars, a Subway 5 mins away, plus countless other food places within walking distance. On nights where Sankeys is open you do have a LITTLE bit of background noise but nothing you can't sleep through. Staff there are amazing and there is someone there to help you 24 hours of the day, I fell ill on the trip and was driven to a nearby hospital by one of the hotel staff. Can't fault it. I would 100% recommend this place, we've been going to ibiza for a few years now but since we've stayed here the last 2 times we never want to stay anywhere else!

Perfect location and spotlessly clean. These apartments were absolutely ideal. Having travelled as a group of 30 in our early to mid 30's we wanted decent accommodation, not too far from a bit of nightlife but not in the thick of it that we wouldn't be able to sleep!

Our room was brilliant, it had everything we needed and was a very pleasant surprise.

This place is made though by Mike, what a true gent! check in was seamless, we were shown to our room and you certainly feel safe here. Mike is always on hand if you need anything from helping to book a taxi or just a good old chat!

The pool area is fairly small but we were out of season and had this pretty much to ourselves for the 5 days we were here. It is cleaned daily and the sun loungers are very comfortable. 

It is within easy walking distance of practically everything and an ideal location for those looking to be close enough to party but wander home to some peace and quiet at the end of the night!

Very very helpful and pleasant staff! They can make some fresh watermelon juice throughout all the day. Perfect location if you want to enjoy playa d’en bossa and the beach clubs. Even if the place is nearby the center, we slept like babies during all our stay.

This hotel was absolutely fine for a group of 4 girls, it was so safe and clean. 
 
Easy to get to Ushuaia and hi which you can walk to, ocean beach 30 minutes taxi away. 

Bars in the area are ok, but overall very happy with the hotel.

we spent a week with two families.. appartment was well done, clean and big enough. Super convenient location. Nice local as well fast food restaurants around..
Nice people at reception always ready to help. Fresh juice was their speciality
