4955 reviewsWe are currently on holiday here and after reading the reviews, we were honestly so anxious but please do ignore the negative reviews!! The pool area is great, loads of space in the pools for jumping in, swimming and having fun. Yes we have had to get up early-ish to get sunbeds we want but only because we want to be in a specific place for the kids otherwise this wouldn't be an issue. My two girls had a great time at kids club and all 3 have loved the evening entertainment so far. The entertainers are engaging and all the kids are really involved. The staff are brilliant, quick and efficient and very helpful if we have needed any questions answering. There is a great shop onsite where you can get lots of bits, alcohol is what you would expect for all inclusive, same with the food. There are 5 of us and the food is absolutely fine! Something for everyone and actually a good range. The bar line moves really quickly which I would much prefer than a big chat with the bartenders! The rooms are clean and the Aircon is a great addition, although it does cut out occasionally but I'm sure if we told them they would come and sort it out but it's not a huge issue. If you are looking for 5* this is not for you but if you are looking for a Haven abroad then this place is what you are looking for! Everyone visiting here has also been really friendly and we have not come across an adult or child who isn't polite! We would definitely revisit!
