Stayed 4 nights in this hotel and had a wonderful time. If you are looking for a base to explore Madrid then this is the right hotel, its centrally located to the Palace, Plaza Mayor and the main shopping area. The hotel is in an old Madrid building typical of the city and the rooms are a good size and well presented. All of the staff from reception, breakfast and housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. They offer a great selection of hot and cold options for breakfast that was served till 11 o'clock. Madrid is a beautiful city and this hotel complemented a great trip would certainly stay here again in the future.
