We were booked in here for an overnight stay due to a cancelled flight and we couldn’t fault it! A hotel shuttle bus collected us from Madrid airport and a simple booking with reception, meant it was ready to take us back when needed. We had a friendly welcome and reception staff were helpful too. Our room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and quality of linen, and the decor was modern and functional, with plenty of comfort too! The room was spacious, refreshments were provided and the products in the bathroom were plentiful and were from the Rituals brand. There was a lovely bar area near the reception and we loved the tea! (Lara was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and after an eternity of travelling with cancelled/delayed flights, she cheered us up no end with her welcoming nature.) Meals were provided in the form of a buffet which was plentiful for what we needed and the restaurant was clean and beautifully furnished. We didn’t eat in the bar so can’t comment on the food being served in there. While we hadn’t wanted to end up in a hotel for the reasons we did, we genuinely could not fault the afternoon and evening we spent there.
