Hotel Castella

Just returned from a weeks half board with my 25year old daughter. Did get dropped at top of street but as we where already aware of this did google earth directions and found hotel within 5mins. Checked in our room needed more pillows which Ali the receptionist provided instantly. Room basic 2 single beds wardrobe mirror bathroom all Very clean and a lovely small balcony overlooking 1 of the thousnads of quaint streets of Llorett.We had to leave the door open all night due to the heat, but soon got used to the noise so had some lovely kip. Breakfast was rolls cheese ham a toasting machine endless cups of tea coffee soft drinks no complaints , evening meal was not what myself or my daughter fancied but always fresh salad and chips, All staff very friendly, pool area good clean and always a bed available. The beach and nightlife are 5mins walk away once you get your bearings as it is a warren of little streets. Nightlife totally german took us 3 nights to find the Texas bar which is a must a mixture of german and english with pints of vodka and coke for £7 and you only needed 1 ;-) All in all would stay there again a good base clean and friendly, It has a 1 star grade but for the price we paid £200 for a week half board it was a bargain>
