This is a lovely spacious hotel in a great location. We had a huge room with a spacious bathroom and wonderful view over the harbour. The owner does not speak any English but is very friendly. The only downside is that there is no parking and it is quite hard to find. If arriving by car you need to approach from the west, our satnav disagreed! The nearest parking is at Sablon but there are other places around the harbour. Llanes is a beautiful spot with plenty to do and see. It well worth a visit but is very busy in summer.

I was somewhat shocked when I opened the door on our HUGE room and bathroom. We were VERY comfortable in this redone made to look old with character boutique hotel. It was not inexpensive but was well-located near the center of town as well as the coast. Our balcony windows opened onto a pedestrian street below with a number of shops and diners. I had a look and then closed the outer windows and inner shutters and we slept soundly.  We loved the spacious room and modern bathroom. WOW!

We ended up in Llanes with no reservations on December 23. After checking several hotels in the area, all of which were closed for the holidays, we sought the advice of the locals at a nearby bar (Bar Uria), we ended up here. We were glad to find 2 rooms at the last minute.

This is a nice, new hotel just south of the coast and east of the inlet leading to the port. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. If I had any complaint, the mattresses were lacking...there were mattresses but they were very thin and lacking any support. Other than that (& that is only a minor issue), it was a pleasant hotel in a good location.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The man at reception was wonderful and reccomended us some great places to eat, really nice service. The room was clean, well decorated, bed comfortable and the shower amazing. Fully reccomend staying here. Parking is easy to find out front. Nice views of harbour, great location. 

What I learned about staying in this hotel is that staying in the most prized location of town comes at a cost. The hotel beautiful luxurious shower generous spacious room... we arrived in the afternoon after a 25km walk so this a welcome surprise when we opened the door... after shower we explored the city location in the middle of everything... returning home after our lovely eve and meal we discovered noise levels from the restaurants beneath us very loud a beautiful buzz but if u have an early start a room in the front of hotel may be preferred... Enjoyed llanes enjoyed hotel wud have preferred room to the front...

Lovely hotel in fabulous location 

Noisy but pleasant.... location location plus plus... request a room to the front of hotel

Yes, it can be noisy on a busy street below but we did not hear much and slept well!

Excellent new hotel!

Beautiful, new hotel with friendly staff

That was a horrible place to stay. The rooms are awful, small and they look like pizza ovens. You really dont have to be claustrophobic!  and the owner is the rudest guy i've ever met in my entire life.
