Edelweis

I was on a cycling tour from Barcelona to Lyon. We pre-booked Hotel Edelweiss a little over a month before we arrived. The day that we reached Camprodon it was pouring rain and our bikes and ourselves were dirty and wet. All of the stafff were very accomodating. The desk attendant told us that they'd made a mistake with the booking and that we could each have our own room, at no extra cost, instead of the two twin beds that I had pre-booked. We were elated. I had a wonderful supper in the restaurant at a very reasonable cost. Breakfast the next day too was fabulous. The staff made every effort to serve us in English. They even typed up an English menu for me, which really wasn't necessary. All and all a great, friendly place.
