Excellent value for money. Immaculately clean, towels changed daily..Two minute walk from Calle Loreto and it's wonderful tapas bars and atmosphere. It may not be 5 star but I will certainly happily return as it fitted all our requirements. Very pleasant staff. A very good few days

After 1 night decided to extend and no problem changing room to a different room to the front of the building with small balcony.
Rooms of different size and configuration. Our bed was very firm , a bit to firm for my liking...Tv with international channels.

The air conditioner worked great and kept the room cool, although you have the choice of an overhead ceiling fan as well .
Simple decor, smallish but effective bathroom (the water gets HOT!!) incl body wash and shampoo.
Daily housekeeping service from the very friendly Natalia who kept our room in tip top state every day , the same regarding the common area. 
Good working wifi.
coffee machine on first floor whilst downstairs inside entry there is a cold drinks/snacks machine. 
There's also a bar/cafeteria downstairs where you can have a drink ( with a nice tapa) or your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Friendly staff.
This Hostal is right on the doorstep of old town and the beach is within easy walking distance if you haven't got any problems. 
plenty of restaurants/bars/cafes/shops around not to forget the Mercado Municipal (signposted) and the huge market every monday although this would take a bit longer to walk. Good priced produce, clothing, shoes etc and such a choice. I heard on Thursday antiques but not sure.
Hostal Christina is a smaller hostal,
no frills, but I greatly enjoyed staying here.

negative: there is mould under the silicone which makes it appear dirty.
Not a housekeeping issue but maintenance! 

 



There is only good to be said about this Hostal. It is just as good if not better than a Premier Inn. The room is made daily. The wifi is free and works and there is international tv. There are restaurants in fron of you as well as next to you. You are situated across the road from the sea yet only ten minutes walk into central Denia. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak English.

Excellent value with great location

The room is small & clean. But that's it.extrmely nosiy. You can hear every little detail of any room being used. No Wi-Fi in rooms just in reception area which no one is on. Every conversation can be heard ( crazy as if the rooms are connected ) . Loud bin collection out front every night at 3 am. 
Left early due to this and moved else where which didn't seem to bother anyone when handing back the key. 

Way better places at only slighlty higher rates and a good night sleep .

If you want to sleep then its a no.

I arrived in Estella after a days hike to find a locked door and a phone that nobody picked up. Unreliable option for lodging. The location is ideal but when you can’t get in that is worthless. Should be easy access like other Albergues?
