Albergue Inturjoven Huelva - Hostel

This hostel in the middle of Huelva is a gem as far as I am concerned. Value is outstanding - not sure what the handfull of negative reviewer expected: Seven star hotel with butler and private pool, gee!?! Same thing with the complaints about wifi: The router is next to reception and considering the thick walls and how huge this place is, only a moron would expect wifi everywhere - don't think the budget would allow for a router in every single room - try the Hilton and you might get lucky to get decent wifi in the lobby unless you pay 25 €/day! Anyhow, for the price, the twin-share rooms are fantastic for a single person or two friends. A couple would need to be very close in one bed (80 cm wide - been there, done that) or maybe move the beds together (-; My room had a radiator (central heating system) and a dedicated air-condition. Two huge cupboards store away your gear, two desks and shelves in the main room. The bathroom is equipped with a decent shower and hot water doesn't run out opposed to a lot of other places I've stayed at within the region. The whole outfit must have been renovated not too long ago - everything is nice and clean and looks pretty new. The clerk doesn't speak a single word of English, however there wouldn't be much to speak anyway and I found the check-in procedure very easy with my three words of Spanish. I'd like to thank the operators for providing outstanding facilities for the budget-oriented traveller. Cheers!
