What an amazing place! Hidden behind an ancient courtyard gate, you land up in a separate world of beautiful (and ancient) courtyards, amazing gardens, space, tranquility and hospitality. Very few rooms (although it caters for large-scale weddings at times), but ours was very good, although without any coffee facilities in the room. The outside swimming pool was excellent for cooling down a bit (even in late Sept). We took the option of dinner (essentially with only one option given), and enjoyed what was set before us. Many rooms were on the first floor, giving lovely views into the Courtyard, but the stairs might be steep for some. Note: our satnav didn't find the right place until we entered the actual postcode/zipcode. The hotel website gives excellent photos.
