This is a 1 star hotel but operates like a 3/4 star. The inside including the room was spotlessly clean. The outside was noticeably smart. The small reception is in the very small foyer. There is no lift. The room was a nice size facing on to the street. The bathroom was on the small size with a shower and no bath. The shower was hot and had strong pressure. There was a little area in the shower to sit down but not sure if that was it's intended use. The girls in reception and the bar area were very friendly. One of the days we had come back from a 5hr35 walk in the hills to find all restaurants were closed except for the pizza takeaway. When the girls in this hotel found out our dilemma and eventhough the kitchen was closed they whipped up a meal for us which was lovely. Great service.
