30 reviewsI just can’t say enough about Hostal San Telmo. The entire staff was friendly, cordial, and extremely helpful. One of the owners, Monse (Monserrat) was so kind that she offered to drive us across the international bridge to Valença. The room was very clean and comfortable. They kept the restaurant open an additional two hours to accommodate a family member who arrived from Vigo late. I have never experienced this kind of service outside of family members. Our stay at Hostal San Telmo defined our entire experience in Tui- cleanliness, friendliness, and accommodating. And for those who are walking the Camino, you can walk into town ( an easy 15- minute walk to the Tui Cathedral), have your credencial stamped, and leave from the Hostal San Telmo the next morning. The Camino is easy to find from the hotel- just one block north to Rua Loureiro, take a right and walk a block to Camino Barros, and make a left. Thank you to all the staff at Hostal San Telmo who treated us like family during our two-day stay!
