Oasis Village

I’m going to start this review by pointing out that for what we paid for an all inclusive week we could not have rented a caravan for a week in my local area of North Wales!! The hotel is beautifully presented, two large pools and a small toddler pool provide the centre, the restaurant, bars and apartments are situated all around. The apartments are spacious, very clean and come with a fridge, kettle and television. If you are a foodie, this is the place for you!! Every meal time was an absolute feast. The food was exceptional in terms of quality and choice (king prawns, mussels, steak) there was also pasta dishes available ever meal time and every sort of salad imaginable. Food was constantly being monitored and replenished, there were also a chef cooking fresh meat and fish (breakfast pancakes were amazing!) Guests at the hotel were predominantly French, as were most of the staff. The animation team were very enthusiastic, providing an array of activities both in and around the pool some of which language was not a problem (aqua fit/ water polo etc) Other activities, pool side games, quizzes , and the evening entertainment were all in French. We both agreed that had we had children with us this would have been a problem, although it didn’t personally bother us (mother and daughter) We have thoroughly enjoyed a week of unrelenting sunshine, beautiful food in a spotlessly clean and very scenic environment … what’s not to love?
